September feels a little like an in-between month. The heat is showing no signs or letting up but it somehow feels like the end is drawing near. Perhaps it’s the looming first-day-at-school, or maybe coming back from the summer holidays, or maybe that little bit of a bulge we all seem to develop over the summer months.

We’ve had a great summer and one experience that sticks in our mind has definitely got to be dinner in the sky. Check out Thea Formosa’s review of this unique experience. While the weather permits this is most definitely something you’re going to want to have a go at.

Before the summer draws to a close, enjoy the remaining holidays poolside with a granita made for grown ups… either made from wine, or with an added splash of something special!

Although we should be enjoying what’s left of the summer, preparing for the autumn ahead never hurt anyone. Get prepared for that first school run that always means more time in the car than you had originally planned.

While you’re planning your school year ahead, think of getting your kids up and about. Charmaine Gauci talks about the dangers of a sedentary lifestyle for kids and what to do to combat it and get the little ones moving.
