Mosta had a good chance on the 21st minute. Jean Pierre Mifsud Triganza went through on goal but found Matthew Calleja Cremona in his way. The Pembroke goalkeeper rushed out of his place and blocked Triganza’s effort.

On the 35th minute, Pembroke went ahead. Kurt Magro brought down Raphael Kooh Sohna inside the penalty area and the referee ordered a penalty. From the eleven metres mark, Stevan Racic finished behind Yenz Cini.

Six minutes into the second half, Pembroke had another promising opportunity. Emmanuel Naatey served Kooh Sohna and the latter saw his effort going slightly wide.

Mosta equalised a minute later. Magro delivered the ball towards Njongo Priso and the Cameroonian player hit a powerful drive that gave Calleja Cremona no chance.

Mosta went ahead for the first time on the 63rd minute. Calleja Cremona partially cleared Cedric Hengbart’s header. The ball fell for Pedro Dos Santos Calcado whose powerful shot ended up inside the net.

On the 68th minute, Mosta sealed the issue thanks to another goal from Calcado. The Brazilian player received the ball from Mifsud Triganza and finished home.

Pembroke were unlucky not to reduce the margin of the score on the 73rd minute. Tonci Radovnikovic saw his effort hitting the post.

Mosta were awarded a penalty on the 75th minute. Calleja Cremona fouled Magro inside the penalty area and the referee signalled for another penalty. From the penalty spot, Pedrinho made no mistake and completed his hat-trick.
