The Mosta primary school will reopen its doors for students attending the summer school following an onsite investigation that confirmed the building was safe.

Earlier today, at around noon, a fire broke out inside the school’s store.

The police’s communications office told MaltaToday that a child received treatment for smoke inhalation. According to the Ministry for Health, none of the children or staff members were injured in the incident. A play worker who tried to put off the flames was taken to a polyclinic.
