Having seen the locals last January in their first ever event in Malta the EBF, with over 1100 registered boxers in their books, plan to bring over challengers of higher calibre for the April show.  Furthermore, the coming Night of Boxing will be having three fights where International Title Belt recognition in different categories will be at stake. This second Big Night of Boxing is being staged at the Sky Club Paceville on Saturday 21st April.

The main attraction of the Night will be the fight between Malta's Billy 'the Hit Man' Corito, who will be defending the EBF Intercontinental Heavyweight Title Belt, against Britain's challenger Davey 'Boy' Clarke.  Corito's record presently stands at winning eight fights in a row with a high dose of knock-outs finale; in fact on seven of these encounters he knocked out his opponents, six of whom in the second round and one in the first round. Clarke is regarded as a dangerous composed fighter with a sturdy character built through his experience fighting against tough and famed opponents.  The Corito - Clarke fight will be made up of six by 3mins each session.

With the names of the other boxers on the night announced two of the bouts will also be having two Intercontinental Title Belts to determine.

One of these will be for a Cruiserweight Category title where Tyrone Borg, having to his credit three wins out of three fights with a knock-out win in the 2nd Round in January, will be fighting Shaun Williams who have a record of five wins out of 6 fights.

The third Intercontinental Title Belt in contestation on the night will be between Middleweight Category boxers Dione Galea and Joe "The Sniper" Swales.  Galea has featured in 14 fights of which he won 9, drew 2 and lost 3.   Joe Swales is a very experienced amateur and has an EBF record of 9 fights with 5 wins. Joe has always boxed high standard opponents with the EBF ranks.

The other bouts on the Night are: Etinenne Spiteri v Jamie Gelder - a light Middleweight with a record of 2 fights 2 wins; Bradon Borg v Greg Harwood - a Light Welterweight boxer who has had four EBF bouts with 2 wins and 2 loses; and Lyndon Chircop v Joe Boffey - a Bantamweight boxer who will be making his EBF Debut.
