Kingdom of Heaven

Historical movies can be quite memorable if they obtain engaging characters and a clear and strong storyline. In the Kingdom of Heaven, you follow the story of Balian, a young blacksmith who has recently lost his wife. The town priest reveals that he ordered the beheading of Balian's wife before her burial. Upon discovering that the priest has also stolen his wife's crucifix, Balian finds him and kills him. 

With a vast list of interesting characters and themes throughout the story, along with an action-packed storyline and strong cast, this film is certainly worth a watch.
