This is what is happening with Uovo di Seppia at Sicilia Outlet Village, the bistro opening in the heart of the Island’s shopping district to celebrate contemporary Sicilian cuisine signed by two‑Michelin‑starred chef Pino Cuttaia.

Cuttaia’s menu makes the most of a carefully curated pantry; every dish will be a delightful indulgence reserved for visitors who choose to spend their time seeking out new trends among the 170 stores of the most important national and international brands.

“The cuisine of Uovo di Seppia is designed in harmony with the location,” explains chef Cuttaia. “It is exclusive, accessible, quick and based on circularity. Lunches by the Michelin‑starred chef, in a bistro format, thus become part of the shopping experiences at Sicilia Outlet Village which, along with constant new openings, continues to surprise visitors by creating exclusive experiences.
