GO plc would like to advise the public that it is not currently conducting any online surveys.

Any member of the public who sees a pop-up message, apparently from GO, asking them to participate in a survey for a chance to win a prize, should completely ignore this message.

"The survey is in fact a fake and designed to trap members of the public into sharing their contact information with as yet unknown third parties," the company said.

GO said that any content published online by GO appears only on its official website at www.go.com.mt or its official social media channels. Any other online content which appears to be from GO, especially if it appears as a pop-up, should always be ignored.

Any customers who have any queries or concerns about this fake survey are welcome to contact GO, either by sending a message through facebook at www.facebook.com/go.com.mt or by calling 8007 2121.
