Sean Gravina

Sean has always had a passion for food. He graduated from ITS and worked in the catering industry in Malta for seven years at establishments such as The Hilton and Chez Philippe. He then went off to London to Le Cordon Bleu, the world’s most prestigious culinary school to hone his skills. While there, he worked for Gordon Ramsay at The Maze in Mayfair and at the Dorchester. Back in Malta, he has now joined Gourmet TODAY to teach us some simple skills to make basic cooking fabulous.
