Apple sandwiches

Apple sandwiches


  • 1 apple
  • ¼ cup apple puree or peanut butter
  • ¼ cup almonds, sliced
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips


  1. Slice apple into thing rings and remove core.
  2. Spread puree or peanut butter over one side of ring.
  3. Top with almonds, walnuts, coconut, and chocolate chips.
  4. Place a little puree on top of another apple ring and place on top .
