Yoghurt and fresh fruit cup

Kids and grown-ups alike love fruity yoghurt but the ones you find in the supermarket are packed with hidden sugars. Sean Gravina uses a simple recipe to flavour boring old plain yoghurt to make it just as exciting as her fruity cousins using whole, healthy ingredients. 

Yoghurt and fresh fruit cup

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup Gozitan honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 7 cups plain Greek yogurt, stirred to loosen
  • 1 cup whole raw almonds, coarsely chopped
  • Handful golden sultanas


  1. Loosen the Greek yoghurt by stirring with the lemon juice.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients on top and serve.
