Caramel and pecan popcorn

Caramel and pecan popcorn


  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • 12 cups popcorn
  • 1 cup pecans


  1. Melt the butter with the honey and a pinch of salt in a saucepan.
  2. Toss with the popcorn and the pecans.
  3. Spread on parchment paper and bake in a pre-heated oven of 160°C for 15 mins. Allow to cool.
