Homemade curry crisps

We all love a cheeky packet of crisps every now and then. Making your own is so easy and so much tastier. Try Sean Gravina’s recipe.

Homemade curry crisps


  • 3 potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Curry powder
  • Salt


  1. Preheat 2 baking sheets in a 215°C oven.
  2. Toss thinly sliced potatoes and season with olive, salt and curry powder.
  3. Spread on hot baking sheet and bake for 10 mins.
