[READ] Gourmet Today June edition online

The summer issue of Gourmet Today is now available to read online.

Summer started early this year (or at least it feels like it was earlier than last year!) and that means making the most out of longer days and warmer evenings. I tend to go out much less in the winter so now that the summer has set in dining out becomes much more frequent.

This month we have come across some great new restaurants, like LVB in Valletta, a spot that is definitely going on our regular list, whilst also revisiting some old favourites, like Otters in Gozo – take a dip in the sea, enjoy the views, the food and the cocktails for an immediate holiday feel.

But life isn’t all about eating out and we have some great recipes to make dining in just as exciting. When we think of Japanese food we immediately think sushi, and while some of us have tried our hand at sushi, it’s never really quite as good as when it’s been made by a trained sushi chef. Japanese recipes are not all sushi though and we have some great Japanese recipes that are easy to make and great for mid-week meals.
