Italian brand of breadsticks does not contain soya warning, Environmental Health Directorate warns

The Environmental Health Directorate issued a warning regarding a particular brand of breadsticks, due to the fact that its label fails to list all allergy information

The Environmental Health Directorate issued a warning regarding a particular brand of breadsticks, due to the fact that its label fails to list all allergy information.

Grissini Stirati Torinesi, of the brand Terre d’Italia, contains soya, but this information is undeclared on the label, according to information the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed sent the Environmental Health Directorate within the Superintendence of Public Health. Therefore, the Directorate warned that people with soya allergies should avoid the product.

The company involved has said that the consignment has been sold.
