Premier launch new á la carte menu

Diners at Premier, Valletta can now enjoy a newly revamped a la carte menu offering a wide range of delicious dishes including fresh fish that are guaranteed to get the taste buds going.

Premier is located in the heart of Valletta set in the scenic location of Pjazza Regina under the recently restored arches surrounding the Pjazza, offering a cool haven from the summer heat.

Throughout the summer months, Premier is also providing great entertainment with the Pjazza Live Sessions held every Wednesday night with George Curmi, Il-Puse and his band and band and every Friday night with Dominic Galea and his band.

The restaurant is also offering free parking at the MCP car park to customers who spend €20 or more while dining. This offer is valid on weekdays after 1pm and all day throughout the weekend. 

Premier’s beautiful surroundings offer a nestled and relaxed haven away from the bustling commercial centre of Valletta. Its intricate archways leading to Pjazza Regina and overlooking the President’s Palace offer diners a glimpse of the swinging 1940s and 1950s, when Premier was a popular location for music nights.
