Man seriously injured after being hit by a car in Birkirkara

A 36-year-old man was hospitalised after a traffic accident in Birkirkara on Tuesday.

The accident took place at 8:30am in Triq Fleur De Lys.

Police said the man was hit by a Mazda Demio driven by a 21-year-old woman from Żebbuġ.

An investigation is ongoing.
