Horse bolts and falls to its death on Vassalli road in Msida

A horse fell to its death in Msida at around 7:30am, the police said on Monday. 

TVM reported that the horse fell onto the road from a field above, possibly located between Triq San Alwigi and Triq il-Kunċizzjoni.

Traffic resumed as usual after the horse was cleared from the road. 

Investigation into death of horse must be conducted - Time for Change 

The NGO Time for Change has called for an investigation into the events which resulted in the death of a horse.

“We are tired of the number of irresponsible owners not being accountable for the lack of care they are providing to animals. It’s sickening,” the NGO said.
