FAO Advukat Therein lies the dilemma -as how can he be repatriated if he doesn't have any official documents? As this is what these people do before landing here ,i.e.get rid of any I.D. documents, in order that Malta are then compelled to process them.I say no I.D.- then send them on their way!

The authorities should have thanked him for useing his initiative and should have given him some spending money and let him go quiety to the mainland, instead of arresting him. ONE LESS.

He should be repatriated. His own country's citizens are going through the second phase of electing their President are are safe, so he should alos be safe unless he ahs breached some Malian law and is on the run.
