Motorcyclist injured in early morning crash

A 32-year-old man was involved in traffic accident early on Sunday morning when for some reason he lost control of the motorcycle he was driving.

The police said the incident occurred at 3am when the man, a Croatian national that lives in Hamrun, lost control of the Hyosung GA125 he was driving in Triq Nazzjonali, close to Portes des Bombes.

An ambulance took the man to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment but no information on his condition was available at the time of writing.
