Motorcyclist seriously injured in Marsa crash

A motorcyclist has been seriously injured during a traffic incident in Marsa on Tuesday.

The incident took place at 6:10pm in Triq Dicembru Tlettax.

The police said an investigation found that there was a collision between a Nissan Juke driven by a 32-year-old who lives in Zabbar and a motorcycle driven by a 30-year-old Hungarian woman who lives in Zebbug.

An ambulance took the victim to Mater Dei Hospital for further treatment.

An investigation is currently ongoing.
