In the Press: White Paper sets out minimum commission for realtors

A White Paper published yesterday outlines the setting up of a real estate agents authority. The government emphasized that the document only sets out the minimum commission rate and individual agencies are free to determine their own commission, as long as the rate is stated in writing.
