In the Press: UN report reveals fuel smuggling from Libya to Malta

UN experts have told the Security Council that fuel smuggled from Libya is being transferred between ships on the high seas and brought to Malta. The experts’ report said that the mastermind is Libyan national Fahmi Ben Khalifa, who co-owns ADJ Trading with former Malta international footballer Darren Debono and an Egyptian national.
