€661,679.56 annual rent for Gattard House

Government is paying €661,679.56 - or €55,139.92 every month - in rent for Gattard House, Blata l-Bajda, parliamentary questions reveal.

€401,8677.88 of this total sum, it adds, is simply for rent of that portion of the building where the Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) is located, while €92,933 are going towards rent for that portion of Gattard House being occupied by ARMS Ltd.

This information was revealed in Parliament by Finance Minister Tonio Fenech.
