Arsenal to face Chelsea in the second round of Premier League

Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku will make his return to Chelsea for the first time after ten years and will be available to face Arsenal on Sunday afternoon at the Emirates Stadium after a quarantine period following his club-record €115 move from Inter Milan.
