Wine producer Marsovin has been featured on Forbes, in an article that delves into Malta’s indigenous grape varieties – the Ġellewża and the Girgentina.

The report by food and drink contributor Joseph Micallef, a wine and spirits connoisseur, highlights the particularities of the Maltese climate and terrain that give wines made from non-indigenous grapes a particular stamp.

The extensive piece also quotes Jeremy Cassar from Marsovin on how his company has experimented with the Ġellewża and Girgentina grapes to produce distinctive wines.
