Justin's wholesome home-made burgers

Our junior cooks took over at the Intercontinental in St Julian’s and made a picnic to enjoy in the garden

Ingredients

  • 500g soft flour
  • 900g minced beef
  • 2 eggs
  • Chopped parsley
  • Chopped onion
  • Salt & pepper
  • 6 burger buns

Method

  1. Mix everything together & mould 6 balls, flatten them & cook them either on a grill or a pan.
  2. Slice the buns heat them a bit & put a burger in each one. You may eat the burger with some lettuce & tomatoes slices or with fried onions or with bacon grilled or just with some tomato ketchup. It depends on how hungry you are!
