Hummus with Maltese bread

Kids love to dip. Send them to school with this easy hummus, packed full of protein that will keep them going throughout the day. 

Hummus with Maltese bread

Ingredients

  • 100g canned chickpeas, rinsed
  • ¼ tsp mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp lemon juice

Parsley

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Serve with slices of Maltese bread and carrot sticks.
