RE/MAX Collection agents go through an eight week real estate training programme covering aspects of dealing with buyers and sellers, marketing, becoming an expert, preparing a home and more.  In the last months over twenty five Maltese RE/MAX sales associates have qualified to become collection agents.

Speaking about their induction Kevin Buttigieg, CEO of RE/MAX Malta said “RE/MAX Malta has continuously proven that the company expertly caters for every niche in the local real estate market.” “Our continuous investment in human resources, training and marketing tools provides us with a platform where our agents may specialize in a sector of their preference, knowing that there is the undivided support and mentorship.”

He added that agents that choose to specialize in Luxury Real Estate are required to have undergone both the induction course ‘My RE/MAX Career’ and the foundation course, ‘Succeed Mentoring program’, together with a minimum of two years experience. Furthermore they need to have sold a number of high end properties throughout their career.
