A 16-year-old boy has suffered serious injuries after falling down a flight of stairs in St Julian’s.
The incident happened early Sunday morning, at around 4am.
Police say they were called to Triq San Ġorġ, St Julian's, following reports of a need for assistance.
Officers who arrived found that a 16-year-old boy had fallen down a flight of stairs.
The boy was treated at the scene by a medical team before being taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance.
He was later certified as having suffered serious injuries.
Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
