Cash stolen from Tal-Ibragg church

A substantial amount of cash was stolen from the Tal-Ibragg church this morning, following a break-in.

At about 9.30am, police were informed that the church had been broken into, with the thief or thieves having gained entry through a room within the building, which was closed to the public at the time.

The amount of cash stolen was not specified.  

Police investigations and a magisterial inquiry are underway.
