Mosta resident involved in fork-lifter accident

Police were informed of an accident involving a man, 31, from Mosta working in Triq it-Tokk, Rabat, Gozo.

The accident occurred at 12:15 this afternoon and initial investigations indicated that while the man was allegedly working on a forklift vehicle, he fell to the ground. Reasons for the fall still remain unclear.

The 31 year old was taken to Gozo’s general hospital and was later certified to be suffering from injuries of a serious nature.

Police magistrate J Demicoli was notified of the case.

Police investigations are still ongoing.
