Inspire Foundation signs 50-year lease with Lands Authority

The Inspire Foundation has extended its lease for their Bulebel facilities with the Lands Authority, giving them another 50 years of stability.

The Inspire Foundation is an NGO in Malta dedicated to supporting children and adults with learning, physical, and developmental disabilities, supporting over 1,000 individuals with disabilities across Malta and Gozo.

The lease was for their Bulebel site, where the organisation hosts a number of specialized educational services for children with autism and profound learning difficulties. 

Minister for Lands Owen Bonnici said that the agreement is not only a contract for a plot of land, but a direct investment into the community. 

This agreement was finalized through the Lands Authority’s 50-year emphyteusis scheme, aimed at converting expiring temporary government concessions into long-term titles.

“We want to give this foundation a future,” said Head Executive for the Lands Authority Robert Vella.
