Motorcyclist suffers serious injuries after colliding with Mercedes-Benz

A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries after colliding with a Mercedes-Benz on Monday evening.
The Peugeot Tweet motorbike was driven by a 23-year-old man from Nepal living in Ħaż-Żabbar, while a 28-year-old Tarxien resident drove the Mercedes.
Police immediately arrived at the scene after being notified about the accident, which occurred on Triq Wied il-Għajn, Ħaż-Żabbar.
An ambulance quickly took the motorcyclist to Mater Dei Hospital, where he was certified to have suffered serious injuries.
Police investigations are ongoing.
