The Food Safety and Security Authority has issued a warning over a weight-loss product called Stacker 4, after tests found it contains high levels of caffeine.
The warning applies to all lot numbers and best-before dates for the product.
Consumers are advised not to consume the product and to either dispose of it or return it to the store from which it was purchased.
