PN's Ryan Callus stated that Simon Busuttil started showing his leadership skills with the positive results achieved in the EP elections in 2004 and 2009.

Callus is currently the youngest MP on the Opposition side, and was possibly one ofs the greatest surprise of the last general election.

In an interview with Sunday newspaper Illum, Callus said he could not admire him more when Busuttil decided to contest the deputy leader election, just weeks away before 'an evident PN loss'.

When questioned about the PN's analysis of the loss, Ryan Callus said that on the whole he agreed with the report. "However I did not agree the Labour Party won over the loyal Mintoff supporters when he died. He won them over a couple of years earlier, when the ex-Prime Minister visited Labour's headquarters."

For once be fair with yourself at least and try not to copy PL strategy. It will be better for you to find out why PN lost with the difference of 36000 votes. Unless you PN admit the wrong ways you trusted us, you never win.
