Arriva managing director resigns

Hall is Arriva’s third managing director in two years.

Arriva Malta staff were informed yesterday that managing director Richard Hall is to resign his position and leave the company.

Hall will be succeeded by Mark Bowd.

This news came mere days after an interview by Hall speaking about the company being happy with the progress made in the summer bus timetables, which were implemented in recent days.

He is the company's third managing director in two years.

Keith Bastow first headed Arriva when it began serving Malta in July 2011. In January last year, he was replaced by David Kaye, who was succeeded by Hall a year ago.
