Following education shadow minister Joe Cassar criticism of government's alleged lack of consultation on co-education in secondary schools, Reporter on TVM will tomorrow discuss Malta's education sector.

Alongside Education Minister Evarist Bartolo and PN education spokesperson Joe Cassar, MediaToday Managing Editor Saviour Balzan will examine the government's work within the education sector.

What is the government doing in relation to the introduction of co-education in secondary schools across Malta?

Moreover, Reporter will analyse the government's proposed reform to implement middle schools, a proposal which would see Form One and Two students separated from older classes.

Reporter, a 'hard talk' style programme, will scrutinise the opposition's stand on these issues and will analyse the details surrounding the pilot project of tablets in schools across Malta.

The weekly programme will also see the comments of Malta Union of Teachers (MUT) President Kevin Bonello.

The programme is produced and presented by Saviour Balzan, assisted by journalist Jerome Caruana Cilia and the MediaToday newsroom.

Reporter is aired live every Monday at 6.55pm on TVM. The programme is repeated on TVM2 on Monday at 10.15pm.

Saviour! Tomorrow ask the Minister Of Education what happened to the 58 kindergarten assisstants that were discarded because we are sure their families are interested to know why the government has taken this action. Maybe the education critic can find his nerve to ask him too since there would be a lot of swing votes on this issue.
