Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla greeted by enthusiastic crowds at Mdina ahead of their departure

The Prince of Wales and Ducchess of Cornwall were greeted by large enthusiastic crowds during their visit to Mdina.

The couple walked around the streets of Mdina, where they stopped to greet some of those who had gathered to see them. They then visited St. Paul’s Cathedral where they were greeted by Archbishop Charles Scicluna.

Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla then travelled to the Malta International Airport, where they departed windy Malta at around 11.20am.

The Prince and Duchess were in Malta for CHOGM 2015, where the Prince of Wales addressed the business forum on sustainability and greeted the newly elected heads of state of the group in a reception among other commitments.
