Force 7 winds expected this afternoon

The Malta International airport meteorological office has issued a warning of strong winds over the Maltese islands.

The West Northwest wind will be strong at times over the exposed areas of the Islands, with forces ranging from 5 to 7.

The warning is valid until 11pm tonight.

The sea will also be moderate to rough, becoming rough.
