Aleateia’s come back with a solo piece performed by Antonella Axisa and directed by Simon Bartolo.Loss, which deals with the difficult process of grief which a young widow suffers,will be performed at St James Cavalier Theatre, Valletta. The Farsons Great Beer Festival The festival is celebrating its 30th anniversary. A selection of artists and bands will be performing on two stages nightly, with popular local bands such as Tribali, Airport Impressions, Freddie Portelli and Ira Losco performing on the Main Stage and bands such as Fakawi, Chasing Pandora and The Rifffs on the Rock Stage. This year, a foreign Kiss tribute band, KISS Forever Band.

Kinemastik Short Film Festival The sixth edition of the Kinemastik Short Film Festival will take place at the Herbert Ganado Gardens, Floriana from 16:30 and will feature screenings, performances, workshops and a mid fest party.

A visual art project comprising works by Sean Gabriel Ellul, Fabrizio Ellul, Ruth Bianco, Anton Grech and James Micallef Grimaud will be taking place along Strait Street, Valletta between 10:00 – 19:00.




Quiz Night Thursdays Quiz at The Preluna Beach Club, Sliema starts at 20:30. Each table booked is considered to be a team. Quiz packs containing 40 questions on different topics are given out to each team, who would in turn be given an hour’s time limit to fill in their answers. After the hour elapses, correct answers will be called out by the quizmaster, after which the winning table is announced. Winners receive a €20 discount off their bill.
