Malta has made it to the Eurovision final after Michela Pace was one of 10 singers who qualified from Thursday night’s semi-final in Tel Aviv.

The young Gozitan singer managed to take Malta into the final night after the country missed out in 2017 and 2018.

Michela with her song Chameleon faced off with 17 other competitors in a contest widely billed as the toughest of the two semi-finals. The first semi-final was held last Tuesday.

In a Facebook comment soon after performing on stage, Michela appeared satisfied with her performance.

She goes on to sing in Saturday’s final with bookmakers over the past week giving her a top 10 finish.

The Eurovision song contest is being held in Israel.
