BOV facing technical issues on its online services

BOV customers are currently facing disruptions to several banking services due to ongoing technical issues.

The problems are affecting internet banking, mobile banking and card payments, causing inconvenience to users attempting to access their accounts or complete transactions.

Technical teams are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Customers will be informed once services are fully restored.
