Expanse studios secures strategic content deployment agreement with Stake

Expanse Studios, a B2B iGaming content developer and subsidiary of Meridian Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: MRDN), has entered into a strategic partnership with Stake aimed at expanding the studio’s global distribution footprint.

Under the agreement, Expanse Studios will deploy its proprietary gaming content across Stake’s international platforms through the Hub88 aggregation infrastructure. The partnership is expected to strengthen Expanse’s position in key regulated and emerging markets while enhancing Stake’s content offering.

Chief Executive Officer Damjan Stamenkovic described Stake as “a premier global gaming brand,” adding that the collaboration will enable Expanse to scale its B2B distribution model and reach a broader international audience.

The rollout will include several of the studio’s leading titles, notably Super Heli, a flagship crash-style game featuring a reported 97% RTP, as well as Wild Icy Fruits, a high-velocity slot title, and VASO Psycho, a celebrity-branded slot with a maximum multiplier of up to 10,000x.

Expanse Studios currently maintains partnerships with over 1,300 operators worldwide and offers a portfolio exceeding 70 proprietary gaming titles. The company continues to pursue expansion through structured deployment strategies across both social casino and conventional iGaming channels.
