Yet another sewage overflow, this time in St Julian’s

Bathers warned against swimming at Spinola Bay

The Environmental Health Directorate wishes has warned bathers against swimming at Spinola Bay, in St Julian’s. The directorate said bathing was not recommended until further notice due to sewage overflow in the vicinity of a hotel situated in Spinola Bay. 

Information signs indicating the area are being fixed in the area as indicated on map attached.

Last week, sewage overflow was reported in Ghadira; this week no swimming was recommended at the dog friendly beach in Bahar ic-Caghaq.
