Motorcyclist wins €10,000 in damages

A motorcyclist has been awarded damages for disability sustained in car accident.

A Court has awarded motorcyclist Joseph Muscat €9.950 in damages to be paid by a driver, who has been found guilty of causing the accident.

Muscat, who was driving a motorcycle was hit by a Peugeot 306 driven by Ludvic Camilleri which exited a side street, ignoring a stop sign.

The motorcyclist sustained serious injury and a permanent disability to his shoulder.

The driver was ordered to pay the damages.
