ADPD approves candidates for upcoming general election

The ADPD Green Party has approved its candidates who will contest the next general election, following an executive meeting on Tuesday.

“Our candidates are committed to representing our Green and progressive principles. To work for the common good, not for the interests of the few. To work for well-being and a better quality of life,” ADPD Chairperson Sandra Gauci said.

There are a total of 8 candidates representing 13 districts.

The newly approved candidates are: Mark Zerafa (1st and 9th districts), Mario Mallia (2nd and 8th district), Brain Decelis (3rd and 4th district), Melissa Bagley (5th district), Sandra Gauci (6th and 12th district), Carmel Cacopardo (7th and 11th district), Marcus Lauri (10th district), Luke Caruana (12th and 13th district).

Gauci said the above candidates are “people with different experiences, professions and qualities who believe in the politics of ‘all’ instead of the politics of selfishness.”
