Angolan technical team to visit Malta
An Angolan multi-sectorial delegation is set to visit Maltain coming weeks, to define the areas of co-operation intend to revive a bilateral joint commission between the two countries.
The Angolan technical team's visit was announced by the Angolan ambassador to Malta, Florencio de Almeida, during a meeting with foreign minister Francis Zammit Dimech, to whom he transmitted
a message of the Angolan foreign minister George Chicoti.
The visit will also serve to reinforce the legal framework of co-operation, through the negotiations of new legal instruments of co-operation, based on the accords of political consultation between the two Ministries, as well as others related to tourism, culture, inter-university and chambers of commerce.
The training of Angolan diplomats in English language, as well as of Angolan experts in maritime law will also be part of the agenda.
Francis Zammit Dimech expressed Malta's support for the materialisation of the future agreements with Angola.
