A 68-year-old woman died after falling down a flight of stairs while cleaning

An elderly woman lost her life after falling down the stairs of a house in Swieqi.
The incident happened yesterday, at about 2:30pm in Pedidalwett road. It appears that the 68-year-old woman from Qormi was cleaning the house.
She was taken to hospital and died later, at around 11:15pm.
Investigations are still underway.
