Evil Artillery

Evil Artillery established by Hystericmaniak in September 2006, promoting techno, hardgroove techno & hardtechno in Malta is set to take place at Liquid Club, San Gwann at 22:00. Featuring foreign acts A. Paul and Spark Taberner as well as Hystericmaniak vs Daniel Blade, Roltek, Acidulant, D Cronikal and Darvas. Tickets at €15.

Spots & Stripes

The popular indie party is back at Escape Club (next to Henry J Beans) from 22:00. As ever, Bob and G is for Gustav will be rotating on the decks. Entrance at €3.

Brikkuni & Xtruppaw at Tattingers

Following last year’s hugely successful concert, the two bands will once again share the bill at Tattingers, Rabat from 21:30. Tim Ellis and Club Sandwich will once again be the DJs for the night. Geography Of Proximity

Travelling exhibition curated by Roberto Daolio & Alessandro Castiglioni and forming part of The Little Constellation Project at MCA, St James Cavalier, Valletta. Featuring work from Barbara Bühler, Canarezza and Coro, Giancarlo Norese and Umberto Cavenago, Haris Epaminonda, Nina Danino, Irena Lagator, Ingibjörg Magnadóttir, Pierre Portelli, Mark Mangion and Trixi Weis. Opening hours: Monday to Tuesday: 09:00 – 17:00, Wednesday to Friday: 09:00 – 21:00, Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 – 21:00.

Hope

The exhibition explores themes of hope through the use of clay, canvas and mixed media by artists Sue Mifsud and Carmel Bonello. Each exhibit is either a direct collaboration with both artists working together on one piece or individual work inspired by the thoughts of the other person. It is being held in the Main Reception area of Mater Dei Hospital and will be inaugurated by The Hon Joe Cassar, Minister for Health, the Elderly and Community Care at 19:30 on November 5.

The Art of Silence

An Art Exhibtion by The Front Against Censorship, The Art of Silence is being held at Liberty Gallery, General Workers Union, South Street, Valletta. Artists taking part: Ruth Ancilleri, Moira Zahra, Ryan Falzon, Christine X, John-Paul Azzopardi, Julian Mallia, Ian Christie, Caroline Borg, Jimmy Grima, Iella, Malicia Dabrowicz and Karl Edgar Consiglio.
