Sandra Bullock and Jesse James officially divorce

The highly public Sandra Bullock-Jesse James saga has come to an official end, as the couple have officially divorced last Monday.

Actress Sandra Bullock has successfully divorced her TV personality-cum-popular motorcycle customizer Jesse James, after filing for divorce on April 23.

Bullock had decided to end their five-year marriage after tattoo model and stripper Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee revealed that she had been having an 11-month relationship with James, while Bullock was on location for her Oscar winning film The Blind Side.

Reporting on the divorce, the LA Times commented on how much quicker divorce proceedings seem to occur in Texas, where the former couple had lived, when compared to a six-month minimum waiting period in California.
